run the pmp file in penguinmod at 640 x 360 custom stage size

run the exe file by extracting it

i made a bug in the first version of star catch. i pressed the system font button and now the font turned into noto sans on mobile so i updated it and pressed the upload font button  and now the font is good anywhere
